We offer free standard delivery in UK Mainland on orders over £199.
Estimated delivery time on all orders is up to 7 business days excluding bank holidays. We aim to deliver sooner if possible.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Please use this as a reference in any correspondence.
Please ensure when placing your order, you provide an up-to-date email address and contact number. This is to ensure that we keep you updated on your order journey.
Deliveries will be made between 0800-2000. Prior to delivery, the courier may offer you a window between 0800-1000 or 1400-1600, for example. You will have the option to accept or decline this. In the instance you decline, our courier will contact you to arrange for a more suitable time/day.
We provide a doorstep delivery service. If there are any issues regarding accessibility for our courier, please make us aware at the point of checkout on ‘Order Special Instructions’.
If you need to re-arrange your delivery date once accepted, please inform us ASAP. There may be a charge to amend once delivery has been accepted to re-arrange.
If delivery is refused or cancelled on the day, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
